SONY DSCMost of you have likely heard of the Plucky Knitter.  Now, Sarah Dimond and Company have created an exclusive color line especially for the Churchmouse Yarns & Teas on beautiful Bainbridge Island, in the state of Washington!  Ten colors from Ferry Schedule, to Cuppa, Bainbridge Bramble, Sound Crossing, Brown Betty and more.SONY DSC

The line started out in the fingering weight of Primo Fingering, and has expanded to Traveler Sport.  Knitters were lined up to meet Sarah and have access to her luxury yarns.  I went with my friend Kate, and we met up with our friend Jana.  It was so much fun to see lots of my friends there planning their future projects.  I was lucky enough to pick up some yarn of my own.SONY DSC

The store had a very fun and festive vibe.  A trip to Bainbridge Island is always fun, and a trip to Churchmouse the same.  I love taking it all in — you might be going for some Plucky, but enjoy shopping for tea, treating yourself to another pattern to add to the collection and seeing other stars such as Rowan yarns, Brooklyn Tweed Shelter & Loft, along with the coveted Emma Bridgewater mugs!SONY DSC

A shout out to Sarah and the Plucky crew, so nice to meet you…..and to my friends, love you so much….and Churchmouse – keep up the good work, bringing all of us lucky enough to be in reach, wonderful memories and good times~
